I switched to godaddy in February 2021 who I had been with for 2 years. For a start, my website/ blog www.burawallet.com is in Type 5 and I had tried to transfer to different hosting providers previously, but none could transfer my website over correctly. However, Alrawi Host did it with no problems. They have also solved any other problems I have had including one today, where my website was not showing correctly in Chrome but it was fine in every other browser I tried. I raised a support ticket and in 30 mins they had solved the problem and written code to my .htaccess file to solve it. The person there was Mahmoud Alrawi .

I have used their support live chat twice now and it is really fast and helpful, was having some trouble with pointing the domain I have with a different company Alrawi Host hosting service, the agent was able to explain the difference between Nameservers and IP addresses and sorted it our for me in just a few minutes. To have a web hosting company offer on-line chat support which actually works is a godsend, other companies take hours and hours to respond to a support request but I am impressed with the immediacy of Alrawi Host support and their know-how.
