I have bought their lifetime hosting about 3 years ago. They recently suspended my account for unreliable reasons. They just don't want to let me use it without further payment. They told me to buy cloud hosting. This is nonsense! When I complained, they told me to open a ticket before they blocked my IP address, and even they deleted my account in their server. How rude and ridiculous response!

I moved to CloudPoco hoping to get a better service than other providers I was dealing with. CloudPoco is by far the best hosting company I have dealt with. Their customer service approach and support are just great. Really the best you can get.
About half a year ago, I transferred all my websites to CloudPoco. Since then, I’ve been asking their support a whole lot of questions. Each time, the person either stays with me to explain things in simple terms, or even set up everything for me. If you’re not a techy person, they’ll practically do all the work for you. I run a business and I hope someday my team can treat my customers this well. I can’t speak much about how good their hosting service is, but their customer service is so excellent, that I’m never leaving.
