I've been using Westhost for about 10 years now. I've referred about 15 or so clients of mine to them, so I've also mainted the sites as their manager. Up until recently, when Westhost had the bright idea to merge their U.S. support services (mostly very competent) into the U.K., where they aquired UK Group hosting, the ability to get technical questions answered quickly, if at all, is nearly non-existant now. It's almost comical to read some of my chat support transcripts with some of these guys. It's as if they were hired yesterday with very little understanding of their job. Anyway, I'm now researching replacements for Westhost.
