Successful Deployment

I've looked at using CDN for awhile but could not justify the cost. As a consultant for a software game developer, you need lots of bandwidth in spurt...

s and then things die off til the next release or update. With Beluga, the ability to have a CDN is now a reality for us. Our users are happy with the speeds. (Some of our games are over 5GB in size). We successfully deployed a release this past week with no complaints of download speeds. That is a first! Best of all, we did it at a price that was affordable to use. I wish they had better reporting, but you do have the ability to receive logs from them, so that's a good compromise. I've sent in 4 support tickets and most of the time they responded back within 10 minutes or less! SHOCKING.

Worst Services, Pathetic Support

Blue host is a worst and overrated hosting service. Their servers are compromised and full of viruses. Their Support agents are lazy and they don't ...

bother to reply on time. It takes 10-15 minutes in getting reply for a single message. Their Wordpress Staging Plugin is full of bugs. If you create a staging site, it will break your main website. In fact during staging creation, main website database tables were deleted by Staging plugin. Their supporters operators are dumb and they don't have much knowledge about Server processes. My website was broken due to their buggy Staging tool. I requested their support operator to restore a website back and he was moving me around other things like file manager, .htaccess file etc.

They spend your money from your credit card every month even you never didn't use their CDN.

They charged every month on 20$, even you don't set up your pull zones. Because they required credit card data while creating an account. Support told...

me that I selected an automatically charge when I was registered, but I don't find any option in settings how to remove Credit card data or an option how to switch off automatically charges. So seems to they have only one option is to remove an account. Also they didn't have an FTP data upload service by default, only as additional service with extra payment for this service. Seems to you have to pay every month minimum 20$ and plus a fee for spent traffic.
