enced any issue with their service. I've monitored my website uptime with Jetpack plugin of wordpress and tested speed, server response time regularly. Never experienced any downtime in last 3 months. Pingdom shows my website is faster than the 98% website. Actually, so far I'm very happy with their service. It is true that their support ticket is very slow and they took almost two weeks to reply my ticket about registering a new domain. But I never had to wait more than 3 minutes to get live chat support. My ticket was solved instantly via live chat. Another good thing about ASO is their server name and user area interface is very unique and user friendly. Hope ASO will remain consistent with their good service. Best wishes for ASO team!

nal "play around" server with them for some of the other minor websites and projects - and migrating away from our old host altogether. Something I did not anticipate doing. We had an issue with some *Third Party* code and I was truly stunned that they (Thomas Nuchatel) actually debugged the code for me and brought the site back online when I was struggling to make it work properly. Really did not expect that level of support at all, especially as our server is fairly modest at the moment. Excellent performance but one of the more inexpensive options. If you want very fast hosting with a brilliant "Can Do" attitude, I strongly suggest you check these folks out. The hardware works very well - but it is the aftersales that has won me over as a loyal customer for the long term. It's good to find a company you actually feel you can depend on if you need it - and if your business REVOLVES around reliable hosting - these are the ones.

Technical people incompetent

After hosting email and a flat HTML site for years, a small orange degraded to such a point that the service was unusable. For almost two years, the t...

echnical people could not figure out how to keep (individually addressed) email from being recognized as spam by yahoo and aol. The response by support was fast but that does not good if they cannot fix problems. Something happened to the company management that allows this to happen. I am so happy with ultrawebhosting and cannot believe we did not switch sooner.

Do not use Blackhost

"Hello , due to the way how your order looks, we can't accept it on our network, as it's very likely this hosting to be used as botnet controller....

We're deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused, and we're looking forward to have you as client for some future projects. All the best!" Took my money, nor refund, no evidence of me hosting said "botnet controller" I never even got the service running. Absolutely useless, I will never consider using them again.
