Reliable service from a reliable provider

I've had a reseller package from RWB for the past 3 months I currently host 3 website for customers using his customised WHM Panel...Never been more h...

appier with the service...He's there if any problem arises (which i had one due to an error on my behalf). Within an hour it was all sorted. Friendly service and hes happy to answer any questions (even if they may sound stupid) I'll be using his services for the foreseeable future

w control panels and they blocked my account, I immediately commented to them without being successful in answers so I requested that they give me the money back, while I I was going to another service provider (who is currently working without any problems) Today they contact me and tell me that they will not return the money because there is activity in my "account" and I told them that I stopped using their services more than 2 weeks ago, basically I never used it and that the activity that they Come can be anything and I asked for that detail, obviously they did not give me the logs and they did not return the money and they even insulted me Be careful with this company, it does not provide the promised service, they do not return the money and they are rude! for never again! Bad attitude when they know I m migrating server due to technical issues

I used it for 2 years and as a Senior Developer, I would not recommend this to anyone. They miss interpreted the word grace period once they came to k...

now I m not going to continue first they asked to pay for the grace period and then suspended the account 10 hours before ending the grace period and insisted to buy for one more month to recover the data if required. I have used many hosting services including aws, godaddy, BlueHost, hostgator, Contabo, OVS, etc for different clients in my entire professional career but chemcloud is very opportunist. also, their technical staff is so much incompetent that often they refuse to install some packages or install them in a way that is not useful and generates issues. Personally, I would not recommend it to any of my clients.
