x anything for you even if it is caused by your negligence. They just want to keep you happy. Speed connectivity is fast same as my other VPS provider DedicatedCore.- I like it very much. I like their Litespeed server. Their rates are really affordable and you really should take a look at them if you want to create a site or transfer from an old host!

record time. Saved me from a panic attack. Truly appreciate that! Some cons: a bit slower than my previous BlueHost, but definitely far less expensive. Also uses the latest MySQL on VPS only, not shared hosting.

Zero user-friendliness

Fozzy's support is a nightmare. They blame everything on you and you can spend weeks solving a simple problem, because they're very insisting and neve...

r listen. When I asked for superviser they told me they don't provide "personalized support". Like waaaat. What are you doing there? Their service is OK but frequently gets overloaded and unreliable. A year ago it was a great service.

Not good at all

I am using arvixe since 2017. It always had some problems but usually they fixed it in a day or so. 2014 has been a nightmare. A lot of problems that ...

left us with no mails at all. And finally since 24/4 we are 30% of the time with no mails AT ALL and we cannot receive mails from Gmail!!! Support everytime tell me that the problem will be solved and that is escaleted to the admins and that they will inform us when everyting will be ok. After 4 days the ticket automatically closes with no feedback. We are seinding again, the same answer, the ticket closes after 4 days. This is going on for the last 3 months... I ve asked for a refund but they say it is not at their policy. I believe that they are going to close soon... This is not a serious company, they are con artists. We are searchinf for another serioug hosting company. STAY AWAY.
