Encoding a 3 GB movie takes nearly 2 hours, which is absolutely unacceptable for a server advertised as “fast” and “suitable for streaming.” When I asked for a refund, they refused. To make things worse, the support team told me that because I paid $220, support may take a long time, and that if I had purchased a more expensive package, I would have received better and faster support. This is nothing but discrimination. Isn’t my $220 real money? My money is gone, my time is wasted, and the service does not deliver what was promised. I strongly do NOT recommend this provider.
