ndwidth limit. This used to be fixed in about 5 minutes by purchasing an additional bandwidth package. For some reason, I still cannot buy this upgrade myself from the control panel, so I have to contact support every time. This time, the issue took 3 hours to resolve. It took 2 hours before I was even able to pay the invoice, and then I had to wait another full hour for the service to be added. This was very disappointing. Support replies only about once every 30 minutes. This kind of service may be acceptable for some people, but I am now seriously considering moving to another provider.

Before that, whenever I requested a refund, they kept asking me to try to resolve the issue instead of actually helping. The VPS OS is broken, and the server gets suspended every time I try to install a new OS. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend Dedirock to anyone.
