th in you on getting your issues resolved, if you are a beginner they have unrivaled products to get you started at the most competitive prices and offers, if you want to develop and expand they are on hand to give you all the tools you need do to so, all while keeping consistency on pricing. You will have to apply yourself in getting things sorted, but they will hold your hand. We had a great experience with yet again another member of their team today *Mich, server team* which has prompted another review from us.

Absolutely Awful

I had to wait 3 full days for the VPS to get uploaded off the bat. They have the worst support I've ever dealt with, and by worst I mean almost non-ex...

istent. They haven't had a tweet, or any social presence since 2018 which sadly I found out about after I purchased the plan. If I could rate lower than a 2/10 I would but I can't seem to be able to do that. Do NOT make the same mistake I did and buy this host. They look like they have a good pricing but it's not worth the hassle and hoops you have to go through to get everything set up. I'm a week into the hosting and still haven't had it all set up and I've gotten 0 help from the support team throughout any process.

They charge me twice. and no no chat option no email option no call option very bad service, even you can't cancel subscription. please never buy IONO...
