Outstanding Support During a Complex Server Migration

cates, and third-party integrations. Before discussing the migration itself, it's worth noting that I have been a satisfied InterServer customer for more than 15 years. That longevity speaks for itself and is one of the reasons I trusted them with this migration. Sandra and Rahul were both extremely helpful throughout the process. The migration itself was handled professionally, and when I uncovered an issue during post-migration testing, the team stayed engaged and continued working through them until everything was functioning correctly. What stood out to me was that they didn't simply complete the migration and close the ticket. They worked with me through the validation process, investigated the issues I found, made the necessary adjustments, and communicated clearly throughout the process. As someone who manages and develops my own sites, I performed extensive testing after the migration, including website functionality, databases, uploads, email services, SSL certificates, and API integrations. The support team remained responsive and helpful until every item I tested was working properly. The migration was completed successfully, and I was very satisfied with the level of support I received. Sandra and Rahul both did an excellent job, and I appreciate the time and effort they invested in making sure the transition was completed correctly. After more than 15 years as a customer, experiences like this are a big reason I continue to use InterServer. very disappointing experience with InterServer

I had a very disappointing experience with InterServer. I paid for two separate accounts, but after requesting cancellation for only one of them, b...

oth accounts were closed without my consent. I never asked for the second account to be canceled, and suddenly I lost access to a service I had already paid for. What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication and support. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left without clear answers or a solution. I requested to escalate the matter and speak with a manager, but this was not properly addressed. This situation feels unprofessional and unfair. Closing a paid account without explicit permission is not acceptable, especially when it affects business operations. I hope the company improves its customer support and internal processes, as this experience was very disappointing.

VDsina.ru - The worst customer service

I bought a perpetual server from VDsina.ru a year ago (February 27, 20) for 11340 rubles, tested it, but didn't really use it. A couple of weeks ago, ...

a task appeared for this server, installed Ubuntu, launched the task, debugged everything, made a backup copy, downloaded it to a PC and decided to delete it from the copy from their server. And here the trouble happened, instead of deleting the backup, I accidentally deleted the "Eternal Server" itself. I wrote to support with a request to help me solve this trivial problem, to which they answered me: "Remote servers are not being restored", here is a screen with all the correspondence: https://prnt.sc/10edyfo Bottom line: The cost of renting a similar server is 21 rubles per day, my "eternal server" lasted 1 year and 1 week, of which I actively used it for a couple of weeks, paying 11340 me this "eternal server" cost 810 rubles a day, which is 38.5 times more expensive if I rented a similar one. SKIP their FAKE "Perpetual Server"! Я купил вечный сервер у VDsina.ru год назад (27 февраля 20) за 11340 рублей, протестировал, но толком не пользовался. Пару недель назад появилась задача для данного сервера, установил Ubuntu запустил задачу, все отладил, сделал резервную копию, скачал ее на ПК и решил удалить с копию с их сервера. И вот тут случилась неприятность, вместо удаления резервной копии я случайно удалил сам "Вечный сервер". Написал в поддержку с просьбой помочь мне в решить эту пустячную проблему, на что они мне ответили: "Удаленные серверы не востанавливаются", вот скрин со всей перепиской: https://prnt.sc/10edyfo Итог: Стоимость аренды аналогичного сервера 21 рубль в день, мой "вечный сервер" просуществовал 1 год и 1 неделю, из которых я активно пользовался им пару неделю, заплатив 11340 мне этот "вечный сервер" обошелся в 810 рублей в день, что в 38.5 раз дороже если бы я арендовал аналогичный. ОБХОДИТЕ СТОРОНОЙ их псевдо "вечный сервер"!!!
